Split history?
edit@Wgolf and Spinningspark: To continue the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Francisco Santos (footballer):
Regarding the edits from here (sorry about the diff instead of old-revision link - there appears to be a bug when viewing the first vandalized revision) through the last version before I reverted back to the pre-vandalized version, should they be:
- kept
- revision-deleted under WP:A7 (does it qualify as A7?)
- sent to WP:AFD with a recommendation that only those edits be revision-deleted.
- other outcome?
I'm leaning towards A7-revision-deletion if it qualifies. If it goes to AFD I will say "yes" but I'm not sure if it's a "big enough deal" to send to AFD. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 02:07, 25 October 2015 (UTC)
- You should really be saying this at the AfD. I'm not seeing that it does qualify under A7, but an AFD decision to do so would qualify under WP:REVDEL criterion #5. I would also question whether deletion is really necessary, reverting gets the job done. All in all, this would be much easier to discuss and deal with if the article histories were first split.
