I doubt the relevance of this article as I cannot find much about francophone African sign language on the internet, but works of Kamei Nobutaka (the only source of this article is a wiki, aasl.aacore.jp, probably made by the same person). Also, I cannot find any trace of the book Le langage des signes du sourd Africain Francophone written by Serge Tamomo, but on pages that takes aasl.aacore.jp as a source. The internship report of Sophie Dalle, La language de signes au Congo doesn't have any mention of a francophone African sign language, it speaks only of the Congolese sign language.
