Full Communism (album)Full Communism – "Full Communism" isn't mentioned in the communism article, and isn't discussed in sufficient depth in any other article for the album not to be the primary topic for the phrase. – Arms & Hearts (talk) 18:52, 21 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Support: Majority of Google search results for "Full Communism" come up with the album. If the communism article ever gets a section named "full communism" or anything of the sort then Template:For is available. QuietHere (talk) 07:52, 27 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Support: nothing online suggests that "full communism" is a widely used term in communism, and I can't imagine that any political views are described in "full" or "partial" terms. Richard3120 (talk) 14:20, 27 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose per Google Books] @Richard3120: @Ortizesp: @QuietHere: whatever we might imagine full communism is a thing: Communism in the 21st Century [3 volumes] - p16 Shannon Kurt Brincat · 2013 "I have been considering the first transitional phase of postcapitalist development. Full communism requires much deeper and more extensive economic, social, and human changes." In ictu oculi (talk) 07:44, 28 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
Do you think there's enough in those results to make a whole article for the concept, or even a section of the article it currently redirects to? After looking through those results I'm not sure the term is that distinct in definition from just "communism" as we already have it to warrant further discussion on this site. And if that is indeed the case then the album clearly remains the primary topic. QuietHere (talk) 07:56, 28 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
Actually I'm not sure I worded that as well as I could've so let me clarify: Is "full communism" definitionally distinct enough from just "communism" to justify it as its own topic with its own article and/or section of the communism article? I say no and remain opposed. QuietHere (talk) 07:59, 28 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
I don't see in those search results that it is a "thing" separate from "communism" – what I read in all those cases is that it is talking about the transition from capitalism until communism is achieved in its totality. Richard3120 (talk) 14:46, 28 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
  • Support: I don't think "full communism" is widely used separately from "communism". At most, use a hatnote. --Muhandes (talk) 09:44, 28 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Bonus track?

edit

I've added Dancing in the Dark as it is on the version of the album currently on streaming services and Bandcamp[1] - can anyone confirm if it was on the original release or is it a bonus track? John Womble (talk) 12:20, 29 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
