editWhy is there a link to FANUC Robotics? What is the relationship to GE Fanuc? --Ishi Gustaedr 22:00, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
- GE Fanuc is a joint venture between GE and Fanuc Robotics. Fanuc owns half (or nearly so) of GE Fanuc) (IMS91319 13:53, 4 May 2007 (UTC))
- I believe GE Fanuc is a joint venture between GE and FANUC LTD, not FANUC Robotics (see http://www.gefanuc.com/as_en/aboutus/company/index.html). FANUC Robotics is a subsidiary of FANUC LTD according to its wikipedia entry. So they are sort of sister companies, I guess. --Ishi Gustaedr 16:44, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
FANUC Ltd. and GE FANUC are splitting up, can somebody update the page name? http://www.americanmachinist.com/304/News/Article/False/84716/ —Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.5.150.66 (talk) 19:40, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
I like how the Military and Aerospace section doesn't mention the military or aerospace.
editDoesn't anyone wonder what sort of automated flying military machines they make? Or does that just go without saying? InedibleHulk (talk) 19:04, 27 February 2015 (UTC)
