I deleted the stub tag, since this article has been substantially updated - if some bot adds it back on, though, I promise not to cry...too much. It should be noted as well that my main reference source (Gunnell's SCoALT) is inconsistent and conflicts with some of the information previously presented here and with that of Kelley Blue Book, so the result is a bit of a mishmash. I'll look into it a little further and attempt to clarify if I can - problem is that there's not much research specifically devoted to the Caballero, which makes things tougher. I may also adjust the yearly rundown into something less ungainly - maybe a table for the engine data so I can adjust the headings into a range of years instead. Suggestions welcome, of course. Running a second draft now, but I do have to sleep at some point. More to come... Duncan1800 (talk) 13:27, 20 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
Second draft basically complete. If anyone has any reference material (brochures, magazine articles of any kind, other reference works) about the Caballero, please post here and let me know. Also, PHOTOS are desperately needed - a basic photo for the header (to replace the El Camino), and one each for the Amarillo (or Laredo) and Diablo. A shot of the distinctive "Caballero" badge would also be appreciated if possible. I have posted a photo request as well. Thanks in advance! Duncan1800 (talk) 09:42, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

My 1972 GMC sprint compare plate data to Chevy El Camino weights more and has a higher carry capacity of several hundred pounds, has heavier brakes, suspension springs and the electrical wiring’s is heavier gauge. They look similar however they have subtitle enhancements making it HD.
