I have great concern about the current situation going around The Gambia tourism(hotel workers). Most of the hotels in The Gambia are run and manage by foreigners. Is it right as a nation to allow foreigners extort our people any how even on your right. How can The Gambia tourism and government allow hotels to bring in foreigners and give them all The managerial positions whiles Gambians are graduating every year from high school, colleges and university. What are the the union doing about the corrupt and wrong system our own people are living in, hotel workers are crying but have no shoulder to Lin on, why? Because of the wrongful conditions we face in our working environments. I can take u to a hotel that all the top level officials are foreigners from outside giving Gambians tough times maltreating them like slaves.how can we be victims of our own country. Why is it difficult for us to work freely and enjoy the fruits of our labor . I am writing this because am a victim accuse force to sign a wrongful termination letter and I refuse with my colleague. Please I want the labor to put this into consideration because the system is too bad for the natives.thank you! 212.60.78.152 (talk) 23:06, 17 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
