Notable?
editIs this reaction notable to stand on its own? I fail to find a decisive review. V8rik (talk) 18:16, 18 February 2015 (UTC)
- Hey V8rik, I'm the Articles for Creation reviewer that approved the draft, resulting in it becoming this mainspace article. I am not a scientist though, and the criterion we're supposed to use is whether a draft would have a better than 50% chance of surviving an AfD. So, if necessary, please do take the article to AfD to find a consensus on whether it should stay. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 08:10, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Arthur, I am very lenient towards new article creation, the article meets my standards. I suggest we wait and see what comes up in Talk V8rik (talk) 20:44, 19 February 2015 (UTC)
- Not obvious why this is a notable variation of the Aza Diels–Alder reaction, but does appear to be a name reaction mentioned in the literature. But as the ...condensation not the ...coupling (makes sense...the first stage is a condensation reaction and none of it is seemingly a coupling reaction. I've renamed the article accordingly. I have no idea how to edit or anything, but I would recommend coupling reaction instead of condensation reaction since the later stages of the reaction obviously involve some coupling (e.g. C-C bond formation). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.206.56.93 (talk) 21:43, 15 September 2015 (UTC)
