editis it true that Guanahacabibes had a concentration camp in it at one time?
- Cuba's first forced labor camp was opened there in 1960 by Guevara. You shouldn't say "concentration camp" because that term is closely associated to the Nazi camps, and it is in no way comparable. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.162.7.139 (talk) 09:36, 3 October 2007 (UTC)

The result of the move request was: page moved. Armbrust The Homunculus 13:12, 26 June 2014 (UTC)
Guanahacabibes peninsula → Guanahacabibes Peninsula – This page is a proper noun and should be titled "Guanahacabibes Peninsula". However, this page already exists as a redirect to the current page, stating that it is in accordance with the capitalization policies. Rather this should be the other way around with this page redirecting to the other, as all other pages about peninsulas have a capitalized P. Filling out this form shows that the move has been made, but it hasn't. Fredlyfish4 (talk) 02:22, 19 June 2014 (UTC)
- Support per WP:UE, i.e. normal English capitalization. (cf. Arabian Peninsula, Yucatán Peninsula, Hicacos Peninsula, or just about anything else listed at the peninsula article). — AjaxSmack 04:57, 22 June 2014 (UTC)
