Guillaume-Marie-Anne BruneGuillaume Marie Anne BruneRelisted. Vegaswikian (talk) 18:21, 18 April 2011 (UTC) Request reverting unsourced renaming of this article and changing the article title back to "Guillaume Marie Anne Brune." This is the spelling used in Encyclopedaedia Britannica as well as the Encyclopedie Larousse. Jvhertum (talk) 08:54, 11 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I think I might have moved it here. Actually, the correct spelling of names from that period always includes hyphens that link all the person's first names. All the articles about Napoleonic and Revolutionary personalities should have this format. Best,--Alexandru Demian (talk) 18:41, 18 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
A highly reliable source that I can quote in support of hyphenation is the specialised "Histoire et Dictionnaire du Consulat et de l'Empire", by Fierro, Alfredo; Palluel-Guillard, André; Tulard, Jean. This has been standard work for more than a decade now. Best,--Alexandru Demian (talk) 07:43, 19 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
