Additional Info: Established in 1991, the School of Business and Management of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, also known as HKUST Business School, is a business school in Hong Kong. It offers a full range of programs including undergraduate, MBA, EMBA, MSc, PhD as well as executive education programs. It has six academic departments: Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, and Information System, Business Statistics and Operations Management (ISOM).
Ranking (Updates) The HKUST Business School is ranked amongst the top business schools in Asia and Australia in the global MBA rankings since 2001. In 2012, the HKUST MBA program has been ranked world TOP 10 by The Financial Times. In 2007, 2009-2013, 2016-2017, the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program, jointly organized with Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University, was ranked number 1 in the world. This is the eighth time that the program has taken the No. 1 position and also extends the program’s streak to eight years of being ranked among the top three in the world since 2005. It had a clear overall lead with high scores in the areas of the extent to which the graduates fulfill their goals for taking the program, their diversity, and their work experience.
The HKUST full-time MBA Program was ranked No.1 in Asia by the Financial Times (2010-2014, 2016).
Research by the School (in terms of faculty productivity in top journals) has been ranked No.1 by University of Texas at Dallas (since 2005).'
