Uzbek consort or Wakhi slave girl?
editThe Book "Government and Society in Afghanistan: The Reign of Amir ‘Abd Al-Rahman Khan" by Hassan Kakar states that Habibullah and Nasrullah were born to a Wakhi slave woman while here it says their mother was Uzbek, so which one is correct? Here is the passage from the book. https://books.google.ca/books?id=i_C4CwAAQBAJ&pg=PA16&lpg=PA16&dq=did+dost+mohammad+khan+daughter+marry&source=bl&ots=qA-RjvFO9r&sig=ewOTpYFWOp40OIj2ukDQtXs-nYs&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjRja7UqJ_UAhUl04MKHbsIC84Q6AEITzAH#v=onepage&q=did%20dost%20mohammad%20khan%20daughter%20marry&f=false

Assassination
editIs there a legit, non-Wikipedia-based, source for the claim he was assassinated by a named person working for the British? That doesn't seem to fit with other reports, which blame his staff, brother or persons unknown. Wheeltapper (talk) 23:10, 21 January 2019 (UTC)
