Hello, I'm User:John M Wolfson, and I'll be your reviewer. Looking through each of the criteria:

• Well written: This is pretty outstanding prose, IMO. I see no major errors in that regard, nor do I find any MOS violations. Y
• Verifiable/No OR: I'm going to need citations for the following statement:
  • Also known as "Hart's island"
  • Easternmost point of the Bronx
• Broad in coverage: Works pretty well in that regard. Y
• Neutral: I think it would be better to put some opposition the Department of Corrections might have to making it easier to access for families (re the Hart Island Project), or at least their response.
• Stable: I see no vandalism in the past 50 edits. Y
• Illustrated: All images are free and appropriate. Y
