Good day Mr. Stevey7788. "Sources are mostly self-published. Very few independent sources"
To remedy this issue should I include more outside sources? I currently have 8 which come mostly from two Jamaican newspapers. How many outside sources (in total) would you deem acceptable and would it be preferable if more of them came from sources outside the Jamaican Observer and the Jamaican Gleaner.
Are the any other things which need to change before I resubmit?
and in regards to notability: as you can see from his awards he himself is no small deal. He may be the most important
scientist Jamaica has yet produced. He won the "The Centenary Medal in the field of Science" and has been appointed to the
order of Jamaica.

editI have made the following edits:
- . copyed for conciseness & to decrease repetitive use of his name
- standardize format
- remove claims to excellence of his schooling based only on his own autobiography, per WP:BLP. These may not be restored without consensus.
There still is some needed work:
- Claims to therapeutic effectiveness of anything must be based on WP:MEDRS quality sources. Newspapers will not do. Only scientific journals and similar publications are acceptable.
- The FDA does not approve the therapeutic effectiveness of nutritional supplements and the like, just their safety. This needs to be made clear, and must be based on better sources than a newspaper.
- , If his business career is important, we need sources to show its success.
- . Since his scientific career is importanat, we need a link to his most heavily cited papers, per WP:PROF
- The dates of his holding of various positions is needed--at least the year.
In general, since he is really distinguished , but may not e well recognized outside Jamaca, the article should be of a quality to do him justice. DGG ( talk ) 20:35, 27 April 2019 (UTC)
