This article seems to be about a program that died (was stillborn?) many years ago.

I've been a Minneapolis resident for 40+ years, and active in local non-profits & politics, and I've never heard of this.

Searching for it on Google finds mostly links back to this article. The only mention of it on the website of the originator (ILSR) is a 15-year old article about "a new program in Minneapolis...".

This article was proposed for deletion in 2009. It should at least be updated to indicate that this program is no longer active. T bonham (talk) 20:18, 18 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
