high speed transports
editThe link to high speed transport from the Battle of the Bismarck Sea article refers to use by Imperial Japanese Navy in WWII. The article as of 2 Mar 2018 is about United States Navy conversions of destroyers and destroyer escorts to high-speed transport type. It could be the IJN used unconverted destroyers as high speed transports while USN used conversions, but that point is not clear. This article could use some expansion on the high speed transport ships used by other navies by editors familiar with the subject and with access to reliable sources. --Naaman Brown (talk) 14:58, 2 March 2018 (UTC)
