The coordinates for this site are currently listed as 42°20′53″N 71°4′7″W / 42.34806°N 71.06861°W / 42.34806; -71.06861. Google Maps puts this location on Marginal Rd. between Arlington and Tremont, and thinks that 1 Bay St. is in Dorchester, closer to 42°18′41″N 71°03′27″W / 42.311325°N 71.057558°W / 42.311325; -71.057558. I'm removing the coordinates currently on the article; if someone can identify a source for them, please do. —Tim Pierce (talk) 04:46, 22 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

The MACRIS listing for this property indicates it is in Bay Village (i.e. the Marginal Road location, not Dorchester). link. Google Maps is not always to be trusted. Magic♪piano 16:09, 26 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

The old coordinates weren't actually too far off -- about 25 meters to the west, which is pretty typical for NRHP listings. (I believe older NRHP listings all used NAD27 coordinates, which are significantly different from WGS84.) But I have located the house in Google Street View imagery of Bay Village, and added some better coordinates. —Steve Summit (talk) 14:27, 26 August 2017 (UTC)Reply
