Hyannis → Hyannis (disambiguation) – It most commonly refers to Hyannis, Massachusetts and should redirect there rather than Hyannis Port. Interstellarity (talk) 14:00, 1 November 2023 (UTC) — Relisting. BilledMammal (talk) 00:51, 9 November 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose. Looking through the articles listed at the disambiguation page, I'm not seeing any evidence for the existence of a primary topic for the base name Hyannis. I think it'd be best to leave things where they are. —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 19:51, 2 November 2023 (UTC)
- Support Per WP:PTM. Hyannis Port is a different name entirely. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 20:10, 2 November 2023 (UTC)
- @Zxcvbnm: There's also the article Hyannis, Nebraska, which creates ambiguity for the base name, and I don't see any particular reason that the Massachusetts one is the primary topic here. Also, even though Hyannis Port is technically a different name, "port" is such a generic term that I can easily see this town being confused with the other one. —TechnoSquirrel69 (sigh) 20:19, 2 November 2023 (UTC)
- By pageviews, Nebraska does not seem to get very many, so it's not the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC.
- I'm not sure I'd say there is a "significant risk of confusion" as everyone appears to refer to the other location as "Hyannisport" or "Hyannis Port". ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 20:51, 2 November 2023 (UTC)

- Oppose – There's really no point in claiming a primary redirect when disambiguation serves well across these topics. Dicklyon (talk) 04:19, 3 November 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose per above. No primary topic. 162 etc. (talk) 07:27, 9 November 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose per TechnoSquirrel69, Dicklyon and 162 etc. WP:NOPRIMARYTOPIC. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 08:33, 9 November 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose. Reviewing the pageviews, it's clear that the two Massachusetts locations dwarf the usage of the Nebraska location and the tugboat. Consequently, the key question becomes: is Hyannis Port, Massachusetts a sufficiently different title to avoid confusion under WP:TITLEPTM? To that end, I'm inclined to say no. Both Hyannis and Hyannisport are villages within the same city, and I don't think the difference between them is likely to be clear to a reader who's not a longtime New Englander; therefore, I believe the DAB should retain the primary title.
