– No need for disambiguation: not required for uniquely-named cities of Japan as per official consensus at Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Japan-related articles/Archive 27#RfC: Mandatory disambiguation for Japanese places?. Examples as added bases for the legality of this move request include the unopposed prior moves for the likes of Obihiro and Kesennuma, my bold move for Kawachinagano, and my successful page move requests for Akabira and Higashine (refer to their relevant sections for ref.).
