Mention o3B system
editIn the section on infrastructure development, there is no mention of the o3B system currently in development, which is primarily aimed at serving East Africa. Should there not be a link to this, at least? Thanks, Wo. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.80.54.108 (talk) 15:45, 26 November 2010
