Wartime stuff

edit

Without a doubt Iron Range is a fascinating location due to its wartime activities. There are however, many more aspects to the place which are worthy of a mention on this page; rare bird life, Operation Blowdown, US Army proposal to test VX nerve agent on the site in the mid-1960s, 19th and 20th century mineral exploration, Murri (indigenous) heritage in the area. If no-one else wants to do it, we can try and slot some research into our busy schedule and get some words down. Australian Bunker Project 15:16, 9 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

I find the war aspect boring, there does too have to be more to it than the war crap. Enlil Ninlil (talk) 04:21, 30 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

I searched for this article hoping to find out something about the ecology of the park...there is no mention of even a dominant tree species. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.46.234.83 (talk) 23:27, 26 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
