Name meaning?
editWhat does the name "Schighera" mean? I seem to remember something about it being the name of a type of cat. I tried to translate it on some websites, but nothing came up. Any ideas? PowderedToastMan (talk) 00:09, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
"Scighera" means "Fog" in Milanese dialect; unfortunately, there are few sources on the web statting this, beside personal knowledge like mine.
Cartype (http://www.cartype.com/pages/2109/alfa_romeo_scighera__1997) says:"a name from the Milan area. "Scighera" is what the local people call the fog which rolls in, enshrouding everything in an envelope of secrecy"

The pages for the car and the GT model spell the name as Schighera. In NFS:HP it's spelled as Scighera (pronounced as Skeeyera by in-game police router)
About several years ago when Italidesign was working on the car, visitors to the car's page could change certain body part styles for the aerodynamics like the door rear window, vents, trim, or the position of the side mirrors, etc. Akuron (talk) 20:59, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
