Hey, nice work on the disambiguations but you should consider other meanings for the terms, not just the places in the US. Ithaca is famous a a place in Greece, home of some person in the Iliad or something. Harvey is the name of a feature film. I am sure there are more examples. • Oppose Island is primary topic, home of Ulysses, destination of the Odyssey, historically and culturally far more significant (all other towns and locations are named in honor of island, all other uses are derivative of it). Pageviews probably just reflects there are larger number of local English-speaking residents accessing the page. Everywhere outside New York, Ithaca means the island.
