editThis person has notable awards - both from his College and from the State of Florida. He was a basketball star at his loved Ravins while in college (6 of his records still stand today) - and he won two state championships as a head coach and was inducted into the Florida Athletic Hall of Fame and was the Florida Coach of the Year - twice. If published articles on the awards are needed they can be provided.

I am not familiar with how to add references into the body of the article. Maybe someone could help. I have found numerous articles including the AU Hall of Fame publication. Help! Thanks --JBofTampabay (talk) 13:10, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
Year of death?
editThere is a discrepancy in the sources about Wilson's year of death: the cited St. Petersburg Times article from June 10, 1988, indicates it was 1988. The Anderson U. Hall of Fame also states he died in 1988. The FHSAA website, on the other hand, says he died in 1986. Because the Times would be considered the most reliable source, I've changed the article accordingly, to 1988. JGHowes talk 02:09, 25 January 2020 (UTC)
