Apologies, but I'm going to have to quickfail this per quickfail criteria #1 ("it is a long way from meeting any one of the six good article criteria") and #4 ("it is not stable due to edit warring on the page"). This article has been the subject of an array of BLP concerns that have been detrimental to its stability and severely trouble a full GA review; both the leadup to the nomination and the period during which the nomination has waited for a review have been marked by heated discussion in multiple fora, significant sourcing and content disputes, and noticeboard visits. The article additionally has issues with the GA criteria broadly; for a celebrity of Charles's stature, the length (around a thousand words readable prose) is short enough to raise concerns about the article's breadth (GACR #3), while the disputes have raised issues with GACR #4 and #5. There are additional sourcing concerns tying in with the BLP concerns; on multiple occasions, negative accusations against a living person are cited to borderline sources (e.g. refs #55 and #80).
