James White (Irish businessman) → James White (Irish politician) – His biography discusses more his political career than anything else. Also, being a politician is more notable and important than being a businessman of a less notable company. George Ho (talk) 09:21, 7 September 2014 (UTC)

Assessed as mid-importance because although his political career was not very spectacular (apart from the brief flurry of interest at his vote for hanging), his ownership of most of the hotels in Lisdoonvarna is quite notable (the Lisdoonvarana festival is major cultural event), and I reckon that just (marginally) makes him mid-importance. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 21:17, 30 December 2007 (UTC) |
