Jewish Museum, Berlin → Jewish Museum Berlin – The comma is used in placenames as disambiguator where it is not part of the place name, i.e. Scotland is not part of the name of Perth, Scotland. In this case the official name is "Jewish Museum Berlin". Although news outlets use a variety of formulations, the official name is the most common by a factor of about 2.
