Hi there!

There is no copyright infringement, at least none intended! The blogger whose copyright has been "infringed" quoted the dust cover of Corked, Borel's book. So we are sourcing the same paragraph -- which I cited! Please tell me how to fix this, I think Kathryn is a great radio personality and I would hate to see my hard work go down the drain!

Name question

edit

While it's true that some reliable sources have credited her as "Kathryn Borel Jr.", many also just refer to her as "Kathryn Borel" without the Jr. The background on it is that Kathryn was also her mother's name — but it's also true that a woman using "Jr." because she was named for a parent is not generally a recognized tradition in, well, any branch of Western culture that I know of. Accordingly, since there are two equally valid and sourceable versions of her name, my own personal preference would be to move the article to the form that's less likely to give readers a WTF, while keeping the "Jr." version in place as a redirect for those who expect it — but I'm not prepared to move it arbitrarily without consensus. Any other opinions? Bearcat (talk) 03:53, 14 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
