Hirotsu Kazuo → Kazuo Hirotsu – Hirotsu was born 21 years after the beginning of the Meiji era (1891) and per the relevant guidelines at WP:MOS-JA#Names of modern figures, this should be moved to western name order. Darth Sjones23 (talk - contributions) 20:11, 10 March 2012 (UTC)
