Kentarō Itō → Kentarō Itō (voice actor) – There needs to be some disambiguation as the article Kentaro Ito (actor) exists, which is for another actor with he same romanized name. lullabying (talk) 18:44, 28 September 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose. No evidence that this isn't the primary topic. The other article can be moved to Kentaro Ito (actor, born 1997) to address ambiguity concerns. 162 etc. (talk) 20:45, 28 September 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose: It seems that the former is unambiguously the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. I shall add a hatnote to the current article to clarify. pluckyporo (talk • contribs) 23:10, 28 September 2024 (UTC)

Kentarō Itō → Kentaro Ito (actor, born 1974) – Insufficient disambiguation with Kentaro Ito (actor, born 1997). Kentaro Ito, Kentarō Itō, Kentaro Ito (actor), and Kentaro Ito (film actor) should be a disambiguation page. Further discussion at Talk:Kentaro Ito (actor, born 1997)#Requested move 16 November 2024. - Oppose per consensus at the last discussion, which was only 2 months ago. This is the primary topic. Note that this is a WP:ONEOTHER situation, disambiguation page not required. 162 etc. (talk) 17:32, 23 November 2024 (UTC)
- Support per nomination, paired with creation of a Kentaro Ito disambiguation page that would list Kentaro Ito (actor, born 1974) as well as Kentaro Ito (actor, born 1997). All other variations, such as Kentarō Itō, Kentaro Ito (actor), Kentaro Ito (film actor) or Kentaro Ito (voice actor) should indeed redirect to such proposed Kentaro Ito dab page. No need for diacritics within the name since subject himself does not use them on his Facebook page or on his Mausu promotion profile. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 02:11, 24 November 2024 (UTC)
- @Roman Spinner Question: Wouldn't that be a dab with 2 items, so dab not required. No oppose to anything else though. ~/Bunnypranav:<ping> 14:48, 1 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Bunnypranav, a glance at the nearly 80,000 entries under Category:Human name disambiguation pages confirms the presence of well over a thousand two-name dab pages. Here are the initial fifteen: Fred Aandahl, Arthur Aaron, Aashiq Ali, Aasia Bibi, Karol d'Abancourt de Franqueville, Abbas Pasha, Abbas Pasha, Abbas I, Abbas II (these first nine dab pages are in consecutive order, as of this writing), Hassan Abbas, Zain Abbas, Ali Abbasi, Jacques Pierre Abbatucci, George Abbey and Abbo of Metz. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 01:05, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Roman Spinner I might have misunderstood the guidelines, thanks for a detailed response! ~/Bunnypranav:<ping> 10:22, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
