Article name and capitalization?

Is the opera called L'Arlesiana with a capital A, or is it called L'arlesiana with a lowercase A, because in the article the opera is referred as it's capitalized variation. IMSLP uses both, however from Google Book searches here uses the lowercased version, but here, here, and some other books uses the capitalized version.
