Variant flag designs

I have found four different versions of the flag from various sources.

The flag on a Dominican Govt website features a parrot with purple feathers and the stars have yellow edges.
The flag on the CIA world factbook's entry on Dominica's flag has a parrot with light blue feathers and yellow-edged stars.
The flag on Encyclopaedia Britannica's entry has a roundheaded parrot with purple feathers and stars with black edges.
The current flag on Wikipedia has a parrot with purple feathers and stars with black edges.
