The result of the move request was: moved. Editors objected on the grounds that the term was ambiguous, but these objections were insufficient to sway supporters, who argued both that it wasn't ambiguous due to the lack of federal lands in DC, and due to the natural disambiguation of "DC".
Oppose – do we really expect our readers to know the difference between a federal property and a federal land? The government has enough of a stake in DC where the title here becomes ambiguous, at least in my opinion, to a casual reader, and the nom points out that there do exist federal lands in DC (even if we don't have an article on them).
