editPlease add into the title that you are referring to New Zealand. So maybe " ...... sister cities in the South Island of New Zealand". This is an international encyclopeadia so it needs to be clear right at the title. You may also like to put a map showing the S.I. in relation to the whole of NZ or perhaps to the South Pacific.
