This is seriously non NPOV. It is also factually wrong.

  • Conservatives joined to get the r"eflected glory of the man who won the war", the coalition was formed early in the war when Asquith not Lloyd George was Prime Minister
  • Conservatives 'championed free trade' nothing of the sort, their manifesto included tariff reform a Conservative/Unionist policy since 1903. Baldwin in fact fought -and lost- the 1923 election on a tariff reform platform
