Fair use rationale for Image:2 high.jpg
editImage:2 high.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Maarja Kivi vs Marya Roxx
editMany unregistred users are trying to make "Marya Roxx" as an independent article, without even mentioning her real name (birthname). But I think we can't have two different articles about the same person. So the question is under which name should the article exist? Flying Saucer (talk) 12:01, 19 January 2010 (UTC) I guess then there should be Marya Roxx. The same example is with Lady Gaga (no one really knows her real name and wikipedia don't have Lady Gaga page as Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta.

Maarja Kivi → Marya Roxx — It seems she now prefers, and is better known as, Marya Roxx. WWGB (talk) 02:56, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

- Support I support the name to change to Marya Roxx. Marya does prefer to be known as Marya Roxx, just as Vincent Furnier is known to the world as Alice Cooper, Stefani Germanotta is known as Lady Gaga, etc. Since her birth name would be included in the article anyway, it would be a good point of reference for people seeking information on Marya to find her under Marya Roxx, since that is the name she goes by, has released her EP & album under, will be billed as, etc.Golden girl9270 (talk) 15:47, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
- Support I also 100% support this and for all of the reasons Golden girl9270 lists above.ohyeahrebel (talk) 12:51, 14 February 2010 (GMT)
