Magistrates' Court (disambiguation) → Magistrates' Court – Currently, the primary meaning is Magistrates' Court in England and Wales, one of the most blatant examples of systemic bias I have come across on Wikipedia, see WP:BIAS. As this article makes clear, these courts exist in a few other countries e.g. Australia. PatGallacher (talk) 20:48, 17 March 2012 (UTC)
- Support. Can't see why the UK courts should be considered primary over the Australian ones. Jenks24 (talk) 07:33, 18 March 2012 (UTC)
- Support -- Those in England and Wales are clearly the originals, but the system has evidently been transferred to other parts of the Commonwealth. Magistrates' Court or Magistrates' Courts ought to be a general article briefly dealing with the subject in all the jurisdictions with them, preferably describing how they have drifted apart in their scope over the years. - Support. Clearly the E&W courts are not primary compared to other uses in the Commonwealth. As per Peterkingiron there should ideally be a general article, but a disambig page would be a start. - htonl (talk) 10:26, 22 March 2012 (UTC)
