@This0k: It's not that there's any explicit policy against adding dance videos, but seeing as though: this is a random person's video, they're not the creator of the dance (meaning that there are some slight inaccuracies, yet we're endorsing it as a proper dance tutorial), and no other song here from what I've seen has a video of a dance tutorial, meaning that there's no precedent. There's also the issue of possible copyright violations per WP:YOUTUBE & WP:IUPC, and seeing as though you uploaded the video yourself to Wikimedia, unless you're the creator of said video or received explicit permission beyond the CC BY license, I'd err on the side of not including it here. CC: @Diannaa from Category:Wikipedia administrators willing to investigate copyright matters to be sure. AG202 (talk) 13:41, 15 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
The uploader has indicated that the video is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported license. I can't find any indication on YouTube that this is so. The video is awaiting administrator review at the Commons and if there is a compatible license on the file they will find it. If not, they will delete it. — Diannaa (talk) 13:54, 15 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
If you go here on Creative Commons own website then click on YouTube then search "Mamushi" it comes up so yes it is Creative Commons but I won't re-add it since their point about it being a random person's video doing the dance tutorial and it doesnt really help in any way is a valid reason which I would have preferred to have been told first.
