Sentence in second paragraph of introduction doesn't make sense
"Marketing managers are often responsible for influencing the level, timing, and composition of customer demand accepted definition of the term." - Presumably, it should have been "Marketing managers are often responsible for influencing the level, timing, and composition of customer demand [according to the commonly] accepted definition of the term." It was added here during a noble attempt to clean up a painful version of the article. @Mild Bill Hiccup:, does that sound right? I know you've probably slept since that edit.
