I'd be interested to know people's views on the formatting of some of this and other articles. I note that since I added detail a few years ago for example, someone had added 'plaintiff' rather than the more commonly used 'claimant', and rather than my explanation of a case which applied the rule in McGhee, simply stated 'applying'. Whilst I understand the law report format of this kind of change, I wonder if wikipedia should use such styles, or whether it should be more accessible? As such, I've adjusted 'plaintiff' to 'claimant' - though I have left the 'applying' and other stylistic points as they are.
