A link to a non-existent article (a "red link") should only be included on a disambiguation page when an article (not just disambiguation pages) also includes that red link
Having this entry here will help anyone trying to identify this particular Michael Williams. I was trying to clean up disambiguations, but am not about to create an article about this guy.

- Read more in the style guide and you will also see that each entry must have a navigable blue link. The sole mention is on Michael Werner Gallery and is unreferenced and unverifiable. I think the correct action here is to unlink or remove the mention on that page. Wikipedia is not a directory of unnotable artists. older ≠ wiser 21:43, 6 October 2015 (UTC)
