Unused acronyms

No manual of style advises to insert an acronym in a writing if the acronym is not otherwise used in that writing. Even worse is the practice of using an acronym without defining what it is. Despite these facts, User:Alifazal insists on following both of these disruptive practices in this and other Wikipedia articles. And edit wars when he is reverted.
