Complete Rewrite Needed
editThis article is written in a very, very unprofessional tone and is definately not of the quality that I hope to find in Wikipedia. I suggest this item be completely rewritten with more facts and information, support, references, etc...207.112.71.85 (talk) 02:05, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

What Are The Chemical Names Of The Ingredients?
editHello, I was looking for the chemical names of the ingredients. A search on the net gave me differing results. Does anyone know what the actual ingredients are?24.83.178.11 11:13, 20 April 2007 (UTC)BeeCier
Ingredients
editThis isn't specific to miracle-gro, but http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/cumberland/fertpage/inorganic.html lists Nitrogen (N), Phosphate(P2O2), and Potassium Oxide(K2O) as the chemicals that those triple-numbers report. They're typically refered to just as Nitrogen-Phosphorus-Potassium
The rest is presumably filler material and other nutrients, but I've not found out what. I'm also in favor of a complete re-write. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.33.195.96 (talk) 16:48, 11 October 2008 (UTC)

Tried to help
editI rewrote a good portion of the article and added references, fixed the external link, added an internal link to fertilizer, added further product information, and corrected some bad information Cmw328i (talk) 11:51, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
I have to say i'm very disappointed that the page i rewrote this to has been changed so much. I added references and added a very professional tone. my references have been removed and the whole article was dumbed down. I've restored and clarified this article. To the person who put that you can buy this at Lowes and Wal-Mart, that is a very Ameri-centric statement and does not allow this article to appropriately inform users, such as myself, from outside of the United States where Miracle-Gro is indeed available.
