Delete?
editThis article is weak, inconsistent (it says it only refers to the UK and then mentions Germany) and sometimes wrong. I have spent time on the LIDAR speed gun and radar speed gun articles which seem to cover the issues. Does anyone think we should keep this article as well or is it now redundant?
