editRider magazine 2012 model. Kevin Ash reviews - 2008, 2009, and 2011. Worth noting in the 2011 that the tank size has increased on both models - the 2008 review mentions it is 4 imperial gallons. Every article also draws comparison with the BMW R1200GS (and the NTX as R1200GS Adventure competitor) so may be worth mentioning it as direct competition for the Stelvio. --Biker Biker (talk) 13:55, 10 April 2013 (UTC)
Reviews
editThe reviews section, as currently presented, contains just a series of translated quotes. Firstly I don't believe a bunch of quotes to be encylopaedic - it would be better to have a summary of what each reviewer said or better still a balanced set of for and against views on the bike. Secondly I don't think that we should be translating quotes as we can never get exactly what the writer said/intended to say. Best to remove the section for now I think. --Biker Biker (talk) 15:00, 10 April 2013 (UTC)
- I think I agree and it's a good departure point from the German article. — Brianhe (talk) 15:22, 10 April 2013 (UTC)
Article title
editIt has occurred to me that (despite the title of the German source article), this is about the Stelvio 1200, not earlier iterations. It should be named Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200 when it's moved to article space. — Brianhe (talk) 17:37, 10 April 2013 (UTC)
