Hand-numbered references
editThe references in this article were numbered by hand rather than leaving the numbering to the software. A consequence is that if someone wants to put a new item between #9 and #10 in this alphabetical list, they have to renumber all the items that come after it. And if any are referred to by number in the article, they have to change all those numbers in the article. Michael Hardy (talk) 16:57, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
