Stalled

This article seemed off to a good start but has stalled. Remaining rich in rhetoric, lacking facts and citations, it is very poor as it stands. At this moment in time, it reads not even like a Public Relations pitch, but more like spin , rather that an encyclopaedic article . I'll do some writing for the enemy research in the hope of being able to provide material to neutralise the POV. --Aspro 10:18, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

Agree strongly with Aspro, it does read like spin, especially phrases such as 'At a time of such constrained public spending, abolishing the () cap will enable FTs to bring much needed resources into the NHS.' 46.208.225.242 (talk) 22:41, 27 December 2011 (UTC)

Name of article

Please take this article back to its proper name, as laid out in legislation. There is no such thing as an NHS England foundation trust, and there are no foundation trusts in other parts of the UK. Rathfelder (talk) 20:48, 19 April 2020 (UTC)
