First line
editI don't undeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeerstand the first line of the article, but I don't want to change it in case I'm missing something
"Narrative poetry is a form of poetry that tells a story, often making the voices of a narrator and characters as well"
What does 'often making the voices of a narrator and characters as well' mean? It's baffling to me. Pestilential (talk) 13:32, 17 September 2018 (UTC)
Regulator by Warren G and Nate Dogg is an example of narrative poetry
editI keep putting Regulator (song) as an example of narrative poetry, and it keeps getting removed. So to make my point, here's a simple syllogism:
A=B: Regulator is a poem that "that tells a story, ... making the voices of a narrator and characters ...; the entire story is ... written in metered verse".
B=C: The article defines Narrative Poetry as "a form of poetry that tells a story, often making the voices of a narrator and characters as well; the entire story is usually written in metered verse".
A=C: Therefore Regulator is an example of Narrative Poetry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.58.95.60 (talk) 23:19, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
