editWhy the Nobel Museum picture is used for the Stockholm Stock Exchange? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.103.214.99 (talk) 08:49, 6 May 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, that was the old location. I see no reason why we should continue using that picture, it's just confusing... Removed it. Gavleson (talk) 22:48, 2 February 2014 (UTC)
Name, logo etc
editI have updated the article to reflect the fact that the exchange now operates under the brand "Nasdaq Stockholm" and created a redirect from that name. One may assume that the logo should also be updated, but I have not found a good source of information on that. I have also added the information that the legal name is "Nasdaq OMX Stockholm AB".
The article should possibly be moved to "Nasdaq Stockholm" or "Nasdaq OMX Stockholm AB". It is also a matter of discussion whether the informal name "Stockholm Stock Exchange" belongs in the infobox. Perhaps "Stockholm Stock Exchange" and "Stockholmsbörsen" should simply be mentioned in the infobox under "formerly called".
I realize that I have left the article in a slightly unfinished state, but at least the current facts are now available to the reader.OttoG (talk) 11:10, 12 June 2015 (UTC)
I have now added further clarifications and sources for the current naming – and updated the logo to the "Nasdaq" one that is currently displayed at nasdaqomxnordic.com. Unfortunately, the official information is very brief and spread out across several websites. Any suggestions for good sources are welcome.--OttoG (talk) 14:53, 11 August 2016 (UTC)
