Indian descent?
editShould Negan be in the Category:Fictional American people of Indian descent? Because on Forebears.com Negan, Negani, Negana, and Negaon are proven to be Indian surnames with translations in Hindu and Marathi given. Also the comic Negan and the TV Negan both look like they could be at most half Indian. Compare to other part Indian people:
