Recent edits to 2016 Kaikoura earthquake have called into question the status of this road or highway. The article says that it lost its State Highway status, implying that its formal name is now "Inland Kaikoura Road", but says that it's also known by that name. Should we rename the article to that name, with a redirect from "State Highway 70"? To complicate matters, it's apparently been redesignated "Kaikoura Emergency Access Road" since the earthquake, but I expect that name will be lifted when other routes reopen or are created. New Zealand State Highway 70Inland Kaikoura Road – Given that the state highway status has long been revoked, the article name is arguably not right. I suggest we move it to the official name. It's not a clear cut case, as even some recent articles refer to the road as SH 70; hence, a formal move request is probably best for sorting this out. See also the discussion above.
